SCENIC were commissioned as Design Landscape Architects for this large-scale, high-end residential and open space development. The landscape design for the residential development marries a modern, tropical aesthetic with the streamlined forms of contemporary marine architecture. The landscape design explores a hierarchical approach to both the spatial experience and movement through the exterior spaces while also breaking down barriers with the interior environment. The proposed public open space and waterfront promenade draw on natural coastal morphology and allow a seamless and convenient passage from the urban hinterland to the waterfront of Victoria Harbour.
